SEE IT RUNNING

Stop reading about it. Go and press things.

Two working demos of the thing we build. Click through the screens, ask an agent something, approve a quote and watch what happens. And in the first one, switch the business at the top and watch the entire app change. Nothing here is a video and nothing is a slide.

Start with the full app

The demos are a fictional electrical contractor. Yours would be your business.

SHAPE ONE · THE WHOLE BUSINESS

Everything in one place, built only for you.

Enquiries, quotes, jobs, money, compliance and people, in one app designed around how your business actually runs. An agent sits in each area, watching it, doing the work, and stopping at the things that need your name on them.

Switch the business at the top of the demo. The menu, the board, the agents and every word on every screen change with it, because those three companies do not work the same way and should not be handed the same software.

Try it: switch the business, then open Agents and ask one something. On Overview, the four things waiting are the ones a person still has to decide, and every one of those rules was set by the owner rather than by us.

It is built around your process, not the average one

The areas are your areas, named in your words. The stages are your stages. The rules about what an agent may do alone are rules you wrote. Two firms in the same trade come out with visibly different apps, because they do not run the same way.

One record, not six copies of it

The enquiry becomes the quote becomes the job becomes the invoice becomes the certificate. Same record, five moments. Nobody retypes anything and nothing has to be reconciled at the end of the month.

An agent that can act, not just answer

Because everything is in one place, an agent can read the survey notes, price the job off your rate card, draft the quote in your wording, and put it in front of you. Not three tools and a person in the middle.

Questions nothing else can answer

"Which work are we winning and is it the work worth having?" needs sales and delivery and money at once. A tool that owns one of the three can only ever give you a third of the answer.

It works while nobody is there

Invoices chased at two in the morning. Enquiries answered at eleven at night. Job packs built before the crew wakes up. None of that needs a person to be awake, so none of it waits until one is.

And nobody has to learn AI

Your team gets an app that already knows the business. No prompts, no models, no course. If somebody has to learn a technology to get value out of it, we built the wrong thing.

SHAPE TWO · YOUR TOOLS, WORKED

Keep everything you have. Add the staff.

The work stays where it already happens. This app is the control room: what is running, what it did in which tool this morning, where it stopped to ask you, and a way to talk to any of them.

Try it: Today is the honest one. Almost everything on it happened before anybody opened a laptop.

Nobody moves off anything

Your accounts stay in your accounts package, your jobs stay on your job board, your email stays your email. The agents work inside them. There is no migration and no week of everyone hating you.

It starts working in weeks, not months

You are not waiting for a whole business to be rebuilt before anything happens. The first workflow goes live and starts saving hours while the next one is still being built.

Every workflow says where it stops

In writing, on the screen, before it runs once. This one sends on its own, that one always asks you first, and the line moves when you say it moves rather than when we feel like it.

It is the cheaper way in

Fewer areas, fewer integrations, a smaller build. It is where most people start, and the full app is still there later if the tools stop being enough.

WHICH ONE IS YOU

Most people know within a minute.

THE WHOLE BUSINESS
  • Your tools do not talk to each other and somebody types between them
  • You cannot answer a simple question without opening three things
  • You are paying for software that does 40% of what you need
  • You want one place your whole team works, and agents across all of it
YOUR TOOLS, WORKED
  • Your job system and accounts genuinely work and nobody wants to move
  • The problem is the gaps between them, not the tools themselves
  • You want something running in weeks, not a rebuild
  • You would rather start smaller and grow into it

You do not have to go all in. Plenty of businesses want the second one and only the second one: an agent workspace sat on top of the tools they already trust, and nothing moved. That is a real answer and we build it happily. Others want the whole operation in one place from day one. Which one you are is what the blueprint decides, and starting with the lighter version has never stopped anybody growing into the other.

ON YOUR PHONE

Your business, in your pocket.

It goes on your home screen like any other app. Open it on a job, in the van, or at nine at night on the sofa when you remember something.

Talk to any agent, in words

Ask the finance one who owes you money. Ask the delivery one what is on tomorrow. Same agents as the desktop, same conversation, picked up mid-sentence.

Approve from anywhere

The quote your sales agent drafted this afternoon is a notification and one tap. Nothing goes out with your name on it until you have seen it.

It tells you before you ask

The job about to slip, the invoice about to go 30 days, the certificate expiring next month. On your phone, while it is still fixable.

Installed straight from the web, so there is nothing to approve in an app store and no separate version to keep up to date.

BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU

What those demos are, and what they are not.

They are the real design, with fictional data behind them. The business is invented, the numbers are invented, and the agents answer from a script rather than thinking, because an open chat box on a public page is a bill we pay for every passer-by.

What is real is the app we run our own company on: our pipeline, our jobs, our money, agents working in every area of it. On a call we open that one and you drive. It is the same product, with our name where yours would be.

There is no wall of client logos on this page either. This is a new product and the first two builds are priced accordingly, in exchange for writing up honestly what happened.

THE IMPORTANT CAVEAT

That one is a template. Yours would be built for your business.

Your areas, your language, your process, your agents, and your rules about what they are allowed to do without asking. By the end it would look nothing like the demo. See how that gets built →

Come and drive the real one.

Fifteen minutes first if you would rather not commit an hour to strangers. If it sounds like it might fit, we open our own app on the next call and you choose where we click.

Or see exactly how the whole thing works first
