BUILT FOR ONE BUSINESS. YOURS.

Every repeating job in your business, done overnight.

We build your business its own app, then we put AI staff inside it. Designed with you, around how you already work, with a specialist agent in every part of the business doing the work and asking before anything that matters.

There is no version of it you could have bought.

Owner-run businesses right across the UK. We run our own company on one of these.

YOUR BUSINESS, ON YOUR PHONE

Your AI staff work. Your phone buzzes.

You are not sat in an app waiting for work. The work comes and finds you, already done, needing a yes. The quote your sales agent drafted at four. The final demand your finance agent has held back because it wants your name on it. The Thursday clash your delivery agent already fixed while you were asleep.

It pings you when it needs you

A notification, on your phone, with the finished thing attached. Not a task telling you to go and do something: the work, done, waiting on one decision.

All you do is press approve

One tap sends the quote, or the demand, or the reschedule. And one tap texts the customer, updates the diary and tells the crew, because it is one app rather than four.

Everything else just happens

The things that do not need your name never reach you at all. You find out they were handled because the number moved, not because somebody asked permission.

So you can run it from anywhere

On a job, in the van, on a beach in the second week of a holiday you finally took. The business does not stop because you are not at the desk.

It installs straight from the web onto the home screen, so there is no app store to wait on and no second version to keep up to date.

WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS

Two things. And it is the second one that changes everything.

01

Your business gets its own app

Every part of the operation in one place, built around how you already work. Your areas, your language, your process, your stages, your rules. Your team logs in and sees only what they should. It is software with your name on it, not a seat in somebody else’s.

02

Then we put AI staff inside it

Specialised workers that live in your data rather than beside it. They can read everything in the app, act on it, and keep running on their own overnight. Not a chatbot bolted onto the corner of a screen. Staff, with a job each and a written rule about what they may do without you.

Agents on top of the tools you already trust take real work off you from week one. Inside your own app they can see everything, which is where it goes furthest. Both are demoed here →

THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS

Every company is different. So every app is different.

Not slightly different. Fundamentally: the way you price, the order you do things in, the thing that always goes wrong on a Thursday. Software built for everybody has to ignore all of that, which is why you end up with a spreadsheet sitting next to it.

So do not take our word for it. Below is one app. Switch the business at the top and watch the whole thing change: the menu, the board, the agents, and every word on every screen.

Same product. Three businesses. Three different apps. The contractor gets Certificates because a missed EICR is a court date. The agency gets Compliance because a lapsed right-to-work stops somebody working. The lettings firm gets Safety because a gas certificate is a criminal matter. None of them would accept the other two’s software, and none of them should have to.

DESIGNED WITH YOU

Nothing gets designed at you.

An app this specific cannot be guessed from a discovery call. It gets built with the person who knows where the time actually goes, one decision at a time.

01

We map how you actually work

Not how it would be described in a meeting. What happens when an enquiry lands, who touches it, in which tool, in what order, and the bit everybody works around because it has always been broken.

02

You decide what the app covers

Which parts of the business go in, which wait, and what version one has to do before it has earned the next bit. Your call, with our opinion attached and the price against each answer.

03

Every agent is designed against your rules

What each one is allowed to do on its own, and what it must always put in front of a person first. You write that line. It goes on the screen in plain words, and you can move it whenever you like.

04

Signed off before a line is built

You hold the plan of your own app, with a fixed number on it, before you commit to anything being built. Nothing gets designed at you.

THE WORKFORCE

Not one AI. A specialist in every part of it.

Each one is designed around your business and given a written rule about what it may do on its own and what it must always bring to a person. They are staff, not a chatbot.

Orchestrator agent

Reads across every area and tells you what actually matters this morning

Sales agent

Answers every enquiry the same hour and drafts the quote in your wording

Marketing agent

Works the follow-ups nobody gets round to, on a schedule

Delivery agent

Watches every live job and flags the one about to slip while it is fixable

Finance agent

Raises the invoice, chases it on a timetable, stops when the money lands

Operations agent

Tracks every certificate and renewal to the date and books it early

People agent

Answers your team from your own handbook, and tracks what expires

And yours will differ

These are the seven most businesses end up with. Yours will be named in your words, and there may be four of them or nine. See the offer →

LEVERAGE

We are not a software company. We build leverage.

Leverage is the gap between what your business can do and what you personally have to be there for. Every hour your best person spends on something a system could have done is leverage you already paid for and threw away. The app is how we widen that gap. It is not the product, it is the machine the product runs in.

Your best person, running everywhere at once

The way your best estimator prices a job. The way your best consultant reads a brief. The way the one person who is never wrong about money chases it. Captured once, then applied to every job, every week, without them being in the room. Right now that skill goes home at five and takes August off.

A night shift that costs nothing

Invoices chased at two in the morning. Enquiries answered at eleven at night, while the person who would have answered on Monday is asleep. Certificates booked, packs built, records filed, all before anybody opens a laptop. Not overtime, and not a hire.

Capacity you never had to buy

More work through the same people, because the work that never needed a person stops landing on one. The admin hire you were about to make costs twenty-two to twenty-eight thousand a year and goes home at five. This is bought once and does not.

And you never have to become an AI person.

You will not write a prompt. You will not choose a model. You will not sit through a course about a technology you never asked to care about. That part is our job, and it is the part we take off you entirely.

You carry on running your business. It just starts doing more of itself. If somebody on your team has to learn a technology to get value out of what we built, we built the wrong thing.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY ARE

Not a development shop. Your AI partner.

A software house takes a specification, builds it, invoices you and leaves. That is a useful thing to be and it is not what we are, because it is not what a business actually needs from AI right now.

We build it with you, never at you

You are in the room for the design. Every area in the app is one you chose, every rule about what an agent may do without asking is one you wrote, and you sign the whole thing off before a line of it exists.

The consulting is included, not extra

Any AI question, any time, at no cost. The tool somebody saw on LinkedIn and wants to buy. Whether a job should be automated at all. What to make of something you read. Ask your account manager and get a straight answer from somebody who has no reason to sell you anything.

Training when you want it

Practical AI for your team, on their own work, priced separately and only if you actually want it. You never need it to get value from the app, and we will say so if we think you do not need it.

And we are still here afterwards

The monthly means somebody who knows your build is on the end of the phone, the app grows as you grow, and there is a quarterly conversation about what to do next. Handover is not the end of the relationship, it is the start of it.

If it has the letters AI in it and it touches your business, we are the people you ring. That is the whole relationship, and the app is just the biggest thing in it.

HOW IT WORKS

Blueprint. Build. We run it.

01

The blueprint

Paid, and it comes off the build

Time with someone who builds these for a living. You leave holding an AI roadmap for the whole business, your team shown what to use today, and the design of your app with a fixed price on it. Most of that is worth having whether you build with us or not.

02

The build

Three months at the outside, usually well inside it

Your app, your branding, your language, your process, built on top of the tools you already pay for. Five moments where you see it working, none more than a fortnight apart, so it never goes quiet on you.

03

We run it

Monthly, from the day it goes live

We host it, keep it upright, fix what drifts when your other tools update, and keep the agents actually running. You get the business, not the maintenance.

The whole journey, step by step →
THE PART WE CAN PROVE

We already run our own company on one of these.

Not a demo account and not a slide. Our real pipeline, our real jobs, our real money, with agents working in every area of it. On the call we open it and drive it, and you can ask it whatever you like.

That one was designed around how we work. Yours would be designed around how you work, and it would look nothing like ours by the end.

Play with both demosThen book the live one and drive ours yourself.
WHAT IT SITS AGAINST

The two things people weigh it against.

A SOFTWARE HOUSE

Go and get a quote for a bespoke business app from a normal development firm. It comes back at thirty to sixty thousand pounds and nine months, and there is no AI in it at all. That is a real number you can go and check today.

ANOTHER PAIR OF HANDS

An admin hire costs twenty-two to twenty-eight thousand a year once you have counted everything, and they go home at five. This is paid for once, and it works all night and every weekend without asking.

Both of those are worth knowing before you ask us what ours costs. The honest answer is that it depends on how much of the business the app covers, which is what the first fifteen minutes is for.

HOW IT IS NOT FORTY THOUSAND

We do not start from a blank page.

We keep a library of parts we have already built and proved: the board, the approvals inbox, the document store, the permissions layer, the agent framework, the integrations, the reporting. Your app is assembled from those, then reshaped until it fits how you actually work. Where there is no part that fits, we build that bit from scratch, and plenty of builds have one.

That is the entire reason this costs a fraction of a software house and lands in weeks rather than nine months. We say it out loud because it is the good news twice over: you are not paying to have solved problems solved again, and almost nothing in your app is being tried for the first time on you.

Assembled from proven parts is not the same as generic. A kitchen fitter does not mill their own hinges, and you would not want them to. What makes your app yours is the shape it is put into, the language on it, and the rules inside it, and that part is designed with you from nothing.

WHERE THE RISK GOES

You are not asked to take our word for it.

You see it working before you pay us anything

The call is free and the demo is free. You watch a finished one being driven, with real work in it, before money is mentioned.

The design is yours whatever you decide

The blueprint is paid, and it comes off the build if you go ahead. If you walk away you keep the plan of your app, and you are welcome to take it to another builder.

The quote is fixed before the build starts

The number is set at the blueprint, in writing. Changes after that are agreed with a price attached, so week six is a process rather than an argument.

It never goes quiet on you

Five moments you can see, none more than a fortnight apart. If a build is going to go wrong you find out in week two, not at handover.

And the honest bit. Roughly a third of what people ask us to automate should not be. If your job is about to change, or a person should simply do the task, we say so on the first call and it costs you nothing. We would rather lose the build than sell you one you did not need.

ONE BUILD AT A TIME

An app designed this closely around one business cannot be built for six at once. There is one build running at a time, which is the reason the ones we take get finished in weeks. If the next slot is gone we will tell you when the one after it starts.

FAIR QUESTIONS

The things people ask us first.

Start with fifteen minutes.

Tell us where the week goes. By the end of the call you will know which parts of your business an app like this would cover, roughly what that costs at your size, and whether it is worth seeing ours being driven.
