Go and get a quote for a bespoke business app from a normal development firm. It comes back at thirty to sixty thousand pounds and nine months, and there is no AI in it at all. That is a real number you can go and check today.

Both of those are worth knowing before you ask us what ours costs. The honest answer is that it depends on how much of the business the app covers, which is what the first fifteen minutes is for.
We do not start from a blank page.
We keep a library of parts we have already built and proved: the board, the approvals inbox, the document store, the permissions layer, the agent framework, the integrations, the reporting. Your app is assembled from those, then reshaped until it fits how you actually work. Where there is no part that fits, we build that bit from scratch, and plenty of builds have one.
That is the entire reason this costs a fraction of a software house and lands in weeks rather than nine months. We say it out loud because it is the good news twice over: you are not paying to have solved problems solved again, and almost nothing in your app is being tried for the first time on you.
Assembled from proven parts is not the same as generic. A kitchen fitter does not mill their own hinges, and you would not want them to. What makes your app yours is the shape it is put into, the language on it, and the rules inside it, and that part is designed with you from nothing.

The quote is fixed before the build starts
The number is set at the blueprint, in writing. Changes after that are agreed with a price attached, so week six is a process rather than an argument.
It never goes quiet on you
