- You get a straight answer on whether this is worth exploring. If it is not, we point you at something cheaper.
- If there is something real here, we book your free demo hour.
Step two · One hour, free, on your real work
The demo hour
- Live, on your actual jobs: the quote you have been putting off, the inbox that got away. Your information, not a canned example.
- Whatever gets made in the hour is yours to keep.
- It shows us where your fastest paybacks are hiding, which is what makes the workshop sharp instead of general.
Step three · Four hours, paid
The AI Systems Workshop
- A working session with the people who do the work. We map how jobs, money and information flow, and design your Brain and first workflows around the worst bottleneck.
- You leave with a written plan and a fixed price you could hand to any competent builder, including one who is not us.
- It is paid because it is the work, not a pitch.
Step four · Fixed price, two to four weeks
The build
- We load the Brain, build the workflows into your tools, and test against real examples before anything goes live.
- Your team learns it while it is fresh: live sessions, short videos, a one-page guide per workflow.
- Go-live starts 30 days of stabilisation. We fix fast and tune until it is boring. Boring is the goal.
Step five · Partnership, or take it from here
Your decision
- We sit down with the numbers: what ran, what it handled, what moved against the measures we agreed.
- Carry on with the Partnership: monitoring, fixes, new workflows, one call a month. Stop on a month’s notice.
- Or take it from here. Everything keeps working and stays yours, with ad hoc help when you want it.
