AI security and ethics for business

Using AI safely is not complicated, but it is not optional. The simple guardrails every team should have in place.

Know what not to put in

The first rule is the simplest: be deliberate about what data goes into a tool, and understand where it goes. Some tools train on your inputs, some do not, and business and consumer tiers differ.

A short, clear policy on what is fine and what is off limits removes most of the risk, and most of the anxiety.

Keep a human in the loop

AI is a brilliant assistant and a poor final authority. For anything that touches customers, money or compliance, a person should check the work before it goes out.

Built well, this is not a bottleneck. The AI does the heavy lifting, the human does the judgement.

Make it part of the training

Security and ethics should not be a separate lecture. They belong inside the everyday training, so good habits are simply how your team works.

That is exactly how we teach it: safety and judgement woven through, not bolted on.
